PROJECT OUTCOME
It provide a good platform for students to train themselves before they enter the working environment. In this era of rapid globalization, a university student must always prepare themselves with essential skills so that we can keep pace with other people. The firms today require not just knowledge, but also personal soft skills and socialize capability. We must be an all rounder and always remain employable in order for us to survive in the competitive working environment. It plays a very vital role as today’s graduating student reaching hundred of thousands and we need to be able to ”sell” ourself to a potential employer and to convince them why you are right person for the job. By going through Youth Challenge, we strongly believe it will empower our participants to go for global in future. However, the most important part is it contribute in unity and nation building as each team in the programme must consist of various races based on One Malaysia concept, this include International Student as well.
